Mr.
Arif Habib is a director in the company. Mr. Arif Habib
is the Chairman of the Arif Habib Group and acts as
the Chief executive and Chairman of Arif Habib Securities
Limited the main group holding company. He is also the
Chairman of Arif Habib Rupali Bank, Pak Arab Fertilizer
Ltd., Fatima Fertilizer Company Ltd and Thatta Cement
Company Ltd.
Mr. Arif Habib is a highly respected member of financial
community of Pakistan. He has been elected Chairman/President
of the Karachi Stock Exchange on six different occasions
during the past ten years. Mr. Arif Habib is responsible
for key modernizations in the securities market of Pakistan,
including the installation of an automated trading system
at the Karachi Stock Exchange, and the introduction
of a dematerialized Central Depository System. He is
also the founding Chairman of the Central Depository
Company and has laid the foundation for a strong risk
management system for the clearinghouse.

Mr.
Hasib Rehman is a Director and the lead sponsor of ASML.
He is the Chairman of Universal Metal Corporation Japan.
His experience in the steel industry spans a period of
over 20 years both in the local as well as the international
arena.
Mr.
Rehman's experience coupled with his association with
Universal Metal Corporation shall be highly beneficial
for the operations of ASML. Mr. Rehman is a director of
Japan - Pakistan Association and a member of Japan - Pakistan
business co-operation. Mr. Rehman is also a member of
Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr. Yoshikazu Uda is the Executive
Director of the company. His experience of the industry
which spans over a decade shall be highly beneficial
for the company. In the past he has served as Assistant
General Manager Nissho Iwai Corporation in Pakistan
and is well versed with the local business environment
which will be beneficial for the company. He would also
be in a position to act as a bridge between the foreign
investors and the local investors.

Mr.
Akmal Jameel is a director in the company. Mr. Akmal
Jameel, a Chartered Financial Analyst, is the Chief
Executive of Pakistan Private Equity Management Limited
and has deep experience of corporate finance and private
equity transactions. He was the Head of Corporate Finance
and was deeply involved in the past transactions of
the Group. Akmal also serves on the board of directors
of Arif Habib Securities Ltd, Arif Habib Investment
Management Ltd and Rozgar Microfinance Bank Ltd. He
has over 15 years of experience in financial markets
and financial consulting in Pakistan and the Gulf. He
has previously worked at Ernst & Young in Saudi
Arabia, and with Anjum Asim Shahid & Company (Grant
Thornton associates) and Hagler Bailly Pakistan. He
has extensive experience in structuring projects, evaluating
private equity proposals and conducting feasibility
studies and was previously responsible for corporate
finance and business development at Arif Habib Securities
Ltd.

Satoru Oki is a director in the company. Presently Mr.
Satoru is working as General Manager, Steel International
department of Metal One Corporation, Japan. His experience
of the industry which spans over a decade shall be highly
beneficial for the company

Mr. Kamran Niaz is Director in the Company. He is a
former diplomat who in his thirty six years in the Pakistan
Foreign Service served in Ankara, Colombo, Geneva, New
Delhi, New York, Washington, Kathmandu and Tokyo.
Mr. Niaz was Pakistan’s Ambassador to Nepal from
1996 to 1999 and Ambassador to Japan during the years
2003 to 2008. During his tenure in Tokyo he played a
key role towards the realization of the ASML Cold Roll
Project.
