The Cold Rolled Coil (CRC) Mills has an annual production capacity of 700,000 MT/Annum with state of the art production facility using German, Japanese, Austrian and Chinese machinery for all its main process, meeting international standards and customers specific requirements.

Pickled coils are rolled in 4-high signal and twin stand cold rolling mill where they are processed into a specified thickness. Generally, the rolling reduction ratio is 50% to 90%.

The continuous Galvanizing Line produce Hot Dipped Galvanized Coils and sheets (HDGC/S) with an annual production capacity of 250,000Mtpa with modern and advanced production facility using Chinese technology for all its main processes, meeting international standards and customers specific requirements.

The continuous Galvanizing Line with a few notable exception, perform the same operations as Continuous Annealing Line (CAL). Incoming substrate is cleaned with an alkaline detergent, annealed, coated with molten zinc and tension leveled. This line is also capable of producing Skinpassed Galvanized products.

2. In line zinc coating with online gsm control.
3. In line 4 HI Skin pass mill with tension leveler.
4. Passivation & Anti-finger coating.
